Several years ago, Don Evans, Owner/Broker of Evans Realty, and his partner purchased the historic Green Acres building. It's been a long haul, but Evans Realty is now located in this beautiful, old building. We are very proud of our new location, and looking forward to sharing the building with other businesses.
The new address is 3500 N. Village Drive., Suite 200C, St. Joseph, MO 64506. We are located behind Best Buy in the North Shoppes, and our offices are on the second floor.

Currently, we are taking reservations for the banquet facility.
The 4700 sf open area will accomodate 200. It will have a full kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer & microwave.
The courtyard area will be beautifully landscaped with a gazebo - perfect for weddings.
There will be a portable dance floor for inside or outside events.
Besides weddings, this space will be perfect for business meetings, proms, company meetings, holiday parties, reunions, book fairs, craft fairs, etc.
